Why Print isn't dead
Have you been wondering why the big name newspapers such as Herald Tribune, New York Times and others have gotten smaller and smaller. One reason is Digital has replaced it, good or bad, it has opened more doors for readers to get their information.
We found though during that last few elections the information wasn't always the most accurate. It reminds me of the days during WAR TIMES of the pamplets that were dropped from planes to share information whether it was good or bad. Don't misread what I am saying. I believe in accurate information so we are fully informed of whats going on around us.
Let's get back to the current environment, although we have phones and tablets doesn't mean we all use them 100% of the time. In Sarasota FL we have a local newspaper that provides local news. A Specialty newspaper. People want to still touch, smell and read what is going on locally.
On to Placemats. When the Pandemic started, or whatever you want to call it, The health department set standards for restaurants to abide by. That is to wash everything down with high level sanitizers with paper towels, wipe down all menus and keep masks on. We work with 14 restaurants and I can say maybe 1 or 2 maintain those standards. I will not set my silverware on the tables because of the dirty rags they are using and I haven't seen a menu wiped down for at least 3 months while sitting at the table.
What Jazzy Dogs Publishing provides is an opportunity to maintain a cleaner table and even better when their menus are are on the table. Once used they get thrown away. BOOM! Your safety in mind.
Small businesses have taken a hit because employees will not come back to work. If they opened their own businesses then kudos to them but if they just being lazy holding out for more money, then shame on them.
Most important we are bringing local restaurants and local small together to collaborate branding themselves. It costs less than any other media out there and your business is in front of thousands of potential customers every day.
